USA & Canada Shipping

Thoughtful Keepsakes offers free first class shipping in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and also in Canada. Priority and overnight shipping is extra and can be viewed in the shopping cart before checkout. All packages are shipped USPS except overnight delivery is shipped by Fed Ex.

These are personally created for you so allow 48 hours plus shipping time. If you need it sooner and you purchase priority or overnight shipping it will be sent out in 24 hours Monday - Saturday.

USPS First Class Mail (3 to 5 days), USPS Priority (2 to 3 days), FedEx Standard Overnight (next day by 4:30 p.m.), FedEx First Overnight (next day by 10 a.m.) incorrectly listed as 4 days by Fedex at checkout.

International Shipping

I offer reduced ground shipping internationally and no surcharge. The shipping can be viewed in the shopping cart before checkout, but most international shipping is $5.00 for the first photo mat and $2.00 for each additional. The frames are heavy so the shipping increases around $20.00 or more for the frames. Only First Class Shipping International is offered, sorry no International priority shipping. These are personally created for you so allow 48 hours plus ground shipping time.
